Purpose and access
GP Operations Assistant is operated by Dr. Shafi and Partners and supports authorised users with non-clinical business administration. Access must be arranged by the project administrators. These pages do not grant access to the assistant or to any connected Google account.
Authorised use
Use the application only for work you are authorised to perform and with information you are permitted to provide. Do not submit patient records or use the application for clinical decisions, emergencies or unlawful activity. Do not share credentials or attempt to bypass access restrictions.
Review of generated work
AI-generated content can be incomplete or incorrect. Users are responsible for checking outputs and following their organisation’s approval processes before sending communications, changing records or relying on advice.
Connected services
Google access depends on account-holder authorisation, Google’s policies and the permissions granted. Connections can be revoked. External services may change or become unavailable, and workflows that depend on them may stop.
Administration and support
Administrators may change or suspend access to protect the application or meet organisational requirements. For support or questions about permitted use, contact gp.operations.assistant@gmail.com.
